Sphere will submit the previous day’s transactions at 10AM AEST/AEDT on banking days for routing to your bank. We have same day settlement options for merchants that can accommodate specific cut off times and criteria.
Technical support is provided 24/7/365 through our processing partners and Sphere Account Executives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM AET.
Yes! Sphere offers both lock in contract and no lock in contract options. Most merchants we onboard are without lock in contract terms, your Account Executive will discuss options with you when we put together a pricing proposal.
Yes! Terminals can be pre-configured to apply a surcharge that you can pass on to your customer to help provide fee relief.
Once we receive your application, it will be credit assessed and once approved, the terminals will be dispatched to the delivery address that you’ve indicated. Once you receive the terminals it will require a quick phone call to Customer Support to activate and then you’re live and ready to take transactions.
